Project Qatar CPD-Certified Training Program


CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and is the term used to describe the learning activities professionals engage in to develop and enhance their abilities. It provides opportunities for individuals and organizations alike to gain maximum benefit from professional courses enabling you to remain at the top of your game in today's fast changing and competitive working environment.

In support for the continuous development of professionals in the construction field in Qatar, Project Qatar 2021 will be providing a platform for CPD Trainings in English for professionals running throughout the four days of the event free of charge.

Training Program


Day 1 – 4th October

Invest in Qatar Session 05:00 to 08:30 pm


  • Invest Qatar TRAINING: Investment Opportunities Across all sectors in Qatar

Training by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to promote economic diversification and engage private sector in investment fields through the expansion of industries and services and development of Qatar Based Exclusive economic activities while seeking to promote technical and human capacity building to support activities

  • TRAINING: Future of Qatar Construction: Working with the Public Works Authority “Ashghal”

Training by the Public Works Authority “Ashghal” Many Consultants, Contractors, and Service and Technology Providers look forward to work in Qatar. Ashghal is facilitating this process for local and international companies to register through their System and be updated on the Tenders and upcoming opportunities. This training will teach you on how to do so and learn on their new developments

Day 2 – 5th October

TRAINING SESSIONS – 05:00 to 08:30 pm


  • TRAINING: Corporate Sustainability: Understanding and Seizing the Strategic Opportunity

Training by Siemens Qatar on thought leaders in a wide variety of management and economics fields illustrate how to assess and seize the opportunities offered by these global emergencies. Day 3 – 6th October

  • TRAINING: Working in the Qatari Market: Opportunities for Local and International Businesses

Training by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to showcase the opportunities available in Qatar for your local and/or international business. Looking into the Licenses, Partnerships, Rules, Regulations, and a general overview on the Single Window System implemented in the Government Services

Day 4 – 7th October

TRAINING SESSIONS – 05:00 to 06:30 pm


  • TRAINING:

Training on Supply Chain Management. Companies today hardly operate independently but rather in an integral chain of operations, which involves various actors. The concept of supply chain is about managing coordinated information and material flows, plant operations and logistics. The fundamental premise of this philosophy is synchronization within and between various supply chain members. This is coordinated controls of making supply meet demand.
