She is responsible for governing BIM standards and policies while driving the implementation of BIM across Ashghal’s projects. Dr. Ibrahim Korayem is a senior infrastructure project delivery professional with 25+ years of international experience across the Middle East and Canada, specializing in transit, utilities, transportation, and urban infrastructure projects. He holds a PhD specializing in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), with a focus on infrastructure risk management and project delivery.

Dr. Korayem previously served as Project Manager for the Qatar Foundation Tram project at ASTAD Project Management, leading multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of a major catenary-free tram system. Prior to that, he worked with leading firms including AMEC and STANTEC in Canada, delivering engineering and project management services for transportation, oil & gas, and infrastructure projects.
